    You dont hit the main cap, you lay the bolt in the hole and hit the bolt. Tap it side to side lightly just to free it.

    Stick a top bolt into the cap so it's just sitting there and smack it lightly sideways with a rubber mallet or dead blow.

    The guy is wrong. For a mild 302, 750cfm is way too much. My brother's 306 with massive heads and nitrous is a custom 730cfm by Pro-systems. It has 200cc Twisted wedges, a .577 / .564 lift cam and a heavily ported Super victor intake and makes about 550hp with a 100 shot. A 650 is plenty for...
