    Dude, just get the whole motor if it is in good running condition! The bottom end is the same as any other 93 up 5.0 HO, hyper pistons roller cam. The cam is smaller of course than a Mustang cam. The oil pan & timing cover are different. If you could get the whole motor you would save some $$...

    The 5.0 is around 430lbs If believe, close to the same as a 4.6 DOHC aluminum block motor. It would definitely be a nice potential swap once more parts are available like headers and what not. The tough thing right now is the power steering setup but I am guessing the hydro boost would work...

    Nice! I'm suprised the tq isn't higher than the hp though, usually it seems most Eaton cars have the same or higher tq than hp? Any pics of the car! Nice job!

    Alot of info on these kits on corral.net , on3 actually posts on there as well. Alot of guys bashed there kits but everyone using them seems to make good power and run the times to back it up.

    ECU, harness, gauge cluster, and probably more. I have never done it but alot of guys have taken V6 cars and swapped in 4.6 SOHC/DOHC motors.

    I have never had issues with underdrives, just don't run the alternator underdrive. Use the water pump and crank pulley but keep the stock alternator.     Stock 5.0 crank pulley is not very big, only 6" so it may be ok. I can't see how it doesn't slip like crazy though. I know I ran a 2" pulley on a Kenne Bell 1.5 in a foxbody on a friends car and it was tough to not get slip. We had to change the position of the idler for more belt wrap.
