    This was mentioned earlier in the thread and it was pointed out that Ford is now using Copperhead PCMs which create logs every time you tune your vehicle, therefore making it very easy for dealerships to find out whether or not you've tuned your car and then set it back to stock before bringing...

    From what I've been able to find, this is only available for the GT, right? I've got a 2012 V6. Yes but it's very hard to be able to prove one way or another that a tune may or may not have caused an engine failure. Even with that law I've seen Ford and/or dealers (even other manufacturers)...

    You can always set your car back to stock if you use an SCT tuner instead of having an actual shop tune it.
