Those oil pans go bad all the time. The truck is a 2001 with 90K on it. A Ford tech told me they sometimes have to replace them after a few years.

The pulley does not go bad. Take the pulley off the balancer, the take the balncer bolt off and take the balancer off the crank. I'm going to bet the end of the crank is fucked due to the damage to the balancer. Also, you most likely lost oil pressure due to the fact the that the engine was...

Well, most Ford truck owners will have to change a rotted oil pan at some point. Since my flexplate took a crap I figured I would have it all done at once. I don't have my garage up yet so its getting done at a shop in Buffalo.

Now that is what you call cylinder pressure. This engine needs to be bronzed and made as a statue! I can't believe that thing took the whooping it it did all year and all it did was stretch the head gaskets a little. I'll take that as a successful season!

No way. Fel-Pro is having a ton of problems with their MLS gaskets right now. BTW, mine are Mr. Gaskets.

It's not a big deal. They would have been changed anyways. It's just cool seeing the effect of massive amounts of nitrous and the fact this thing lived so long when I was really pushing it. The pistons and heads are in mint condition. I could just put new head gaskets on it and run the hell out...
