    air to air intercooler

you are not going to lose 2-3psi if you are only running 9lbs it would have to be a VERY inefficient system for you to lose that much, that would be over 30%!! . I can see you losing 2-3 psi if you were running 22-25+psi, not 9psi (unless you forget to remove the bags you put at the end of the...

    air to air intercooler

you could try something like this: the image above is using a cast aluminum elbow, those are a little more expensive than mandrel bent tubing, but they give you a little more room to work with because they have a tighter radius, though if you think you have enough room for a mandrel bent piece...

did you order the adapter yet? i did not see the pic you posted 'till now. you can cut the tube after the flange and before the bend, then use a coupler to join them. that would allow you to rotate the maf and not have buy anything else

    air to air intercooler

It might work, you wont really know till you try it, but to be in the safe side I would try to get an adapter (from flange to tube) to have more flexibility so that if it does not work the way you have it now you will be able to rotate it. I have seen the adapters on Ebay from ~$10 to $20.

    air to air intercooler

your diagram is correct. That would be a way to do it. The idea is for compressed air to go thru the intercooler before going into the engine. -yes get rid of the recirculating valve -the blowoff valve gets a vaccum line to the top one potential problem I see is that the MAF sensor housing is...

    Curious AC problem

check electrical connector to the compressor. Make sure that it is not loose or corroded. If that checks out, the AC compressor clutch might be on its way out

Cammed and Procharged s197 exhaust video

Nice man, car sound and looks awesome. Wish you would have rev'ed it but hey. Anyways a quick suggestion, I noticed that when you opened the hood a little water dripped down. I think you should get one of those heat shields for cone filters and put it on top of the filter so that if water drips...

    Fast Flashers

i am not an expert on LED's so take with a grain of salt. LED draw very little power so the systems actually thinks that you have a burnt bulb. I am not sure, but I think you either have to add a resistor inline with the LED bulb or get a flasher especially built for LED's

mustang wont start after head and cam swap

If the rockers are too tight you might be holdning a valve open which would, obviously, leads to no compression in the cylinder. so yeah that could be your problem.

yes it will hold no problem. you can use pretty much anything to clean the area of oil except alcohol ( I like break cleaner or lacquer thinner) I would remove the fitting and remove the paint around the hole using sand paper being careful not to get a lot dust into the oil pan. Clean the area...

I do have 2 sets of 12" each. These are the ones made by BBK. How about $30 shipped for 1 pair? Is that fair? I don't really know what these things go for now a days :) the pic makes them look dirtier than they really are, I guess do to poor lighting (I took this pic in the basement) but they...
