Sure can. For a street car, a 302 with aftermarket heads, cam, and intake will work real nice. You can have a lot of fun with that and with a good set of tires and a decent driver mod, you can run mid 12s in the quarter.

From what I have heard, I think you can park nearby the show. I think you have to pay to park near the show though. I'm going down there to spectate as well, and will have to find a place to park nearby and get tickets at the door.
