I am a member over at another forum, whos Tranny builder is very famous over there for doing great work. He says the OD ring goes .. Its the weak part of the auto, otherwise , you can have over 600hp easy without issue as long as you dont use the OD when racing

Nope, Just remember, always turn off OD when you hit it hard on accel. It will blow the OD. I never never stomp on it with OD

I have a auto with 410s also, My gasmileage in town stayed the same if not alittle better, On highway, different story, I lost about 4 mpg.. I run 2700 rpm @ 70mph
