I still havent found a direct bolt on kit for my engine !! Only one is a Used Eaton off a cobra, Then I still need timing chain over, brackets etc etc.

Yup, your correct !!, Well your drop in MPG would be huge.. I run about 2700 rpm at 70 mph, If I had overdrive shut off,Id be more like 3700 or more,, I turn overdrive off for any track times, or Any huge mash of the gas..
