With the factory 3.27 gears, the theoretical top speed of a Mustang's transmission, assuming you have at least 900 rwhp, would be ~210 mph. With 4.10's it's a more possible ~165ish. (And you don't need 900 hp.) 4.10's get annoying as street gears because first gear is so short it's now...

Oh, yes. I just posted about that. But, I used generic 75w90, because you're supposed to swap it out for good gear oil after the first 500 miles of break-in.

:ponder: Good luck with that. I had him do mine last year. That was quite a waste of 10 hours, a set of gears, and $200 for the install. All had to get torn out and redone by a real professional a few months later. Thank god it didn't blow up while I was driving it. :nono:

I believe the difference in the exhaust systems was the hanger location. I'm dying for a midpipe as well.
