Well, I was not happy with the results of the plastic-dip spray on. Edge results were not as clean as I would have liked, so I peeled the it all off. Interesting stuff, but not ideal for me. SO, that being said I just placed on order 5 each 2" x 6' strips of professional quality vinyl striping...

Yeah, I'll give it a shot. If I don't like it, or it doesn't work, I'll just peel the whole damn thing off and start over with plan A and buy 3" rolls of black vinyl. It can't be that hard to find.

Some more pics of work in progress. Spoiler is officially complete, had to do another coat of graphite. The sides are all taped up ready for the new stripes to be laid down. not sure why the last one is upside down, that is the way it uploaded.

The 69 belongs to an associate at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, I wish it was mine. It is the original Yellow that ford produced for that year, not sure of the code or name off the top of my head.

I need the weather to warm up enough to get a good washdown before I put the side stripes and fog light lens color on. Sometimes I wish I lived in Florida where I can complain its too hot to do anything.
