I dont think they will fit, here is why, when the offset is numerically lower, that means the wheels will stick out farther, a 45mm offset is tucked in further than a 25mm offset. I have 03/04 style Cobra wheels on my S197, they have a 26mm offset and they stick out farther than other wheels...
