At first I had it at 9, it was VERY notchy, great 4 race but got tedious for cruise. now its at 7, Much smoother but I think ill goto 6 soon, Seems to be the best compromise.

Ive read that 5r55 does not have much room for imporvement because they fit a 5 spd in a 4 speed housing, the issue is the bands are too thin. Most guys who want to beef things up in a Auto S197 switch to 4R70's.

BTW - Our 3650 trans has internal stops. Stay away from Hurst, nothing but rattles. Hurst makes the "MGW" ball knobs, they look very similair.

I have heard a lot of talk about this CAI but dont know anyone who has actually used it yet, looks awesome though and your supposed to pick up sumn like 40 WHP from it but it will require re-tune. Anderson FM makes good stuff.

Did you guys notice there was a bolt in 4 point roll bar, when the car rolled it ripped through the floor pan about 10". Luckily no one was hurt but this is def a great example of why one should weld in a roll bar or get at least a 6 point if you going to be serious about going fast.
