The squeaky noise could be low power steering fluid, however that would be more of a whine, unless that is what you meant? Can you describe the "marble like sound" a little more such as what RPM you hear it at, if it's there all of the time or only some times, how loud it is, ect?

What about doing all autometer gauges? Or if your good with electronics pull apart the new edge cluster and put each gauge in each of the stock 86 gauge locations? That would be a lot of work but be extremely unique.

Stock heads are where it's going to bottleneck. I would wait and save up for some new heads, I hear good things about the Edelbrock ones and they aren't all that expensive for aluminum heads and you can usually get a great deal with soem of the sales Summit has. If a small shot won't suit you...

I don't know what's more fun, ordering the parts or comming home to see them on the door step. All I do know is that it sucks waiting for UPS. lol
