I know Ford doesn't really recommend much maintenance at 30k but besides replacing my cabin air filter, topping off fluids, changing my oil/filter, replacing my transmission fluid (I drive my car hard), and rotating my tires is there anything else I should be checking?

It all depends on where you live if you're worried about getting a ticket. The law in NY is you can put any percentage tint on the rear window and only 70% and above on the side windows. I had 20% on the rear and 35% on the sides of my last car which I had for a year and I never got pulled over...

That Ecoboost 4-cyl concerns me a little bit actually. I might need to put some more juice in my car to keep up with those. Hahaha It's funny because they might even be quicker than the 05-09 GT. Those only have 10 more HP than my V6 and a little more torque. We're going to be seeing a lot more...

So here's my idea for future appearance mods... powdercoat wheels white and Plasti Dip the pony emblem and bezel around the faux gas cap white. Trying to imagine how it would look but I was wondering if anyone has done anything similar?
