Probably not the best picture. It's a closeup of the tab on the right side of the valence laid over the stone guard. You have confirmed what I thought but I wasn't 100% sure enough to start putting it together. Now I can get going on this. Thanks guys.

I took another look at the valence and stone guard and tried to fit them together. It looks like the valence would have to bolt to nuts on the stone guard. I also have a valence that was removed from a parts car that shows no evidence of spring nuts on the paint. I still want to be sure before...

PS. I did put the brackets on already. As luck would have it, I went to install the new battery tray and the two bottom bolts are behind the right side bumper bracket. It was easy enough to loosen the bracket now, but after everything is together forget it.

Thanks guys. I will have my son help with the bumper. I will also cover the fender with some heavy paper while trial fitting to avoid the paint damage. Looking at these parts off the car, it's not obvious which tabs get the nuts. It appears that they could go on either part but the proper way...

I going to install the front bumper, valence and stone guard soon. I need to know the order to install them and which pieces get the spring nuts so I'll know which direction the bolts go. The illustration I have shows the nuts on the stone guard and the valence bolted to the front of the guard...

Thanks for your response. Right now all I have is the few rusty brackets in the photos that I've posted asking for help. I really need everything. Of course I'd buy the cables new, but all the other stuff can be used. I'll buy whatever used stuff you have that you have and complete the system...
