X2. E85 will make more power but the anti detonation property's are what that fuel is really about. If you can get it relatively easy it's a great choice. Just remember it takes 30% percent more fuel to run it.

If you turn it up figure on 80lb injectors and a set of GT pumps with that bap. If it were me a return system would be in order with 4lb lower and a 3.00 upper at 22 lbs that little 2.3 is gonna scream and make great power.
I didn't mean that it drops off in my post what I meant was you can get more aggressive with the tune since you greatly limit the detonation that can occur. Also take into consideration it takes 30% more fule to run an E85 system so your mileage per gallon goes down.
Rob is right when he says that you will only see around 20-30 more hp with the current setup. But you would be making 20-30 more HP safely rather than just putting the tune on the edge to make it
I am also a Fore Innovations dealer if there is anything I can help you with
I picked up nearly 30 rwhp & rwtq on the DYNO just by changing fuel!!! ....One of the best moves I ever made!!
Your fuel system will have to be addressed...the biggest thing I had to address / add was the GT (Supercar) twin fuel pumps .... most of the other items I had already addressed!!
thats another issue...this car was tuned by bob kurgan so i def have to figure out a good tuner on E85...any sugestions?... and what would it cost for the upraded pumps;Inectors etc? wouldnt i have to upgrade the lines?Rails etc?
Ill give you a quick run down of many of the systems I have done for people
This is the most common return less system I do. My own car and 2 other cars have pushed this setup close to 800 rwhp
1. Fore Hat Gt pumps
2. -8an feed
3. Y-block
4. dual -8 an lines into the back of the rails
5. Fore rail's
6. Modded FPDM
7. KB Bap
8. Injectors are usually 80's
9. Fore filter
Return setups I have done are commonly like this
1. Fore Hat twin 405 lph pump's
2.-8an feed -8 an return
3. Y block feeding back of both rails
4. Fore rails
5. Fore Regulator
6. Custom wiring to run return
7. Fore filter
8. Injectors are usually 80's or ID1000's You can run the 105's I never have so can't give feed back.
I have seen this setup hold up 950 rwhp on a customers car with out breaking a sweat.
The only thing I will say to you about running and upgraded fuel line is make sure it is Teflon lined. I refuse to install any of the "Budget fuel systems" or "Complete Fuel systems" out there for the fact that they all sell you crappy line that weep's the fuel smell after not to long.

^^^^^ Need a HP # ... If your going for bigger numbers you might want to go return system.. some excellent info posted... You can also do a single external pump/return..
I have a very similar setup running e85. Lethal full 1200hp return style system and 80lb injectors. I run a 4lb lower with a 3.25 upper on e85 (2.3 whipple).
lets just say i dont want to shortt change myyself on the fuel system...i dont want to do the system twice...for now id like to go E85 and change fuel syystem; the upper to a 3.0 And see what the little 2.3 Can putt outt. atleast this is what im readingg?.
