I am over the 2000 mustang. I changed to coil pack in it and the stupid car is still mis firing. I think it has even gotten worse. POS. does anyone know what could be the problem. I am have replaced all the spark plugs. Do I just need disconnect the battery and see if that works?

How about the ignition wiring?

You would have a missfire for these basic reasons.
  1. Spark Plug
  2. Plug wire faulty or grounding out
  3. Injector plugged or faulty
  4. Coil pack faulty
  5. Intake manifold leaking air/coolant into the cylinder
  6. Head gasket leaking
Check your coolant level and make sure it's OK. Obviously you have already replaced the plug and coil pack so you can check out the other options.

I did a radiator flush a month ago. it is as green as can be.

Hmmm. If its misfiring it should look really black or wet from not firing the fuel. Can you put the coil pack and wire from cylinder 1 onto another and see if the misfire follows or stays on #1.
If it stays on 1 then it's probably a fuel issue which woud explain why the plug still looks new.

That is how i came up with that it was a coil pack because I moved it to cylinder 2 and then it through the code for 2.

Well that is just wild. Yes I am the girl that went to Wyotech waste of F*CKING money. Yes I moved up here with my now ex boyfriend and have a great job so I have not left!
