Lol, I can only imagine what one of those converters cost! I paid damn near $800 for the one I have now! I really need more on the footbrake for the next converter, mine right now SUCKS!

I think I paid in the $1500 range for a bolt together from neil, I have around a 10k bill on my tranny, so i really haven't taken a look at it...... I just cryed when I handed over the money www.racingconverters.com

HOLY SHIT!! And i was thinking $3400 from PA for the "Ultimate C4 conversion kit" was alot lol. You guys have any preference from personaly experience in brands? Im tossing up PA, ArtCarr, and Dynamic.

I look at it like this, the best that is closest to you... If something shits the bed, its a bitch trying to send it back. I had an art carr back in the day in my syclone and was very happy with it, but by todays standards i haven't herd great things about them. Pa Performance - they stand by there warranty but you have to pay for shipping... Which can be a PIA . Dynamic mixed reviews but in driving distance, and Freddy Brown ( which I have now, and in LI) is supposed to be one of the top companies for an aod and also lyntech (spelling). If you want anything GREAT get ready to pull out the cash, shit adds up quick.

Trust me...call him.

He and his wife work out of his office and his shop so IMO his overhead is lower than other shops which helps keep prices down.

IMO his prices are UNBELIEVABLE!

Yeah i was looking into some of the options like the C4 Six-Pinion Low Drag Planetary Set, and aluminum drums, deep alum pan etc, they are pretty pricey, but seem like they may be worth it. Nothing wrong with reducing rotating mass! The drum went from 9.94lbs to 4.23lbs, but it was a $773 option!
