FUCK IT!!!!!!!!!!! can we just do a cruise both dates?! Aug 2nd and Saturday, i hate to see those guys from way the hell up there have to cancel, I'm sure Sat will be less cars that predicted but maybe we can just do another fun cruise on aug 2nd..... I'm game for both, lol i just love driving my stang

The pavilion at the park is huge if you got the one in the back with the toy train play set? It even has a stage. bathrooms are a short walk from the pavilion. and you are parking in the parking lot right not on the grass ? there is a big car show there next weekend i think. When i went to carlise for the all ford nationals it rained, we even had to park in the mud.

Why do I have the feeling that you`re suppose to do that and you`re trying to make Gregg do it ? lmao
That`s why i said we should have a new thread with a POLL. To see who`s coming and who`s not. And every detail should be posted in the first POST ( i.e WE WILL BE SHELTERED ) ....

im used to polishing and detaling my car for the lot,, and having mother nature piss on my car no sooner do i put the final cloth in the dirty items bag and it starts to pour on my nice shiny car.. ill spend 12 hours doing a clay bar, wash wax polish detail.. and it will rain on it.. it happens its only a waste of time if you consider the wax and polish to simply be for looks.. its as much for clear coat and paint preservation as it is for showing off..
maybe mikes should post a vote in the thred, and take a actual head count of who WONT come if it rains or is a chance of rain vs those who will come rain or shine.. that could give a better idea on if we should reschedule the entire event or not.
^^^It doesn't matter how slow one drives with a high HPed car with slicks....i've seen plenty of them slip and slide with slick roads, while the sun shining after rain.
Edit: I do agree with what Eric stated....not to start a pissing match OR getting into an argument, but I've spent many hours preparing my car for this...and I'm not even done, lol. I take great pride in my car, though it is my DD....never the less, I see it being wasted for preparing my car and driving it in rain, regardless of the little power it makes. Think what you will, but that is my mindset.
If it rains, it rains...I will not be there....but it's re-scheduled for Sunday, chances are I will not be there....never the less, I was going to make a donation....I will just have to make my donation a bit more respectable for my lack of presence.
