Not Ready Reading on Computer at Inspection Time

hello im a mastertech at a foreign and domestic shop in williamsville ny and do inspections. just wondering how many monitors arent ready and witch ones arent ready.if its all of them ive seen fords and dodge products not go not ready for months. it ends up being t-stat because the coolant never gets up to full temp to let the computer to check the othe sensors

Still the same. 06mach1, was helping me with it, told me a couple of things to try. I changed the t-stat to a 195 but was still the same, I also changed the Thottle senser & that got rid of the code that came up. It's still doing the not ready code ? I having some heath problems right now, so haven't been doing much with it? Any help is appreciated. I'm attaching the read out from when I scanned it! Thanks, Jim
