Personally, I would buy heads,custom cam, and lifters from a cam head specialist to get all matching valve train components. This way you don't have to worry about PV clearance (custom cam), and you'll get a better valve, springs, and valve job right from the get go, for only a few dollars more. Then get a used intake and throttlebody track heat,holley systemax, etc. I personally like Camshaft Innovations, but have seen good setups come from Flowtech inductions. I like the TW heads or Canfeilds for a budget. There valve placement gives them an advantage over others in the same intake cc range. Go for a very large MAF and at least 24 lbs injectors. Good luck!
