Well here is the story. I currently live in PA going to School. I’ve had  an issue with the fuel pump seezeing up about twice this year so I  finally replaced it in early sept. Before that I had replaced the fuel  filter and fuel press reg. the car ran like a top for about two weeks  until the end of sept. The stang would run fine until 3,000-3,500 rpm  and it seemed like I hit a brick wall. So I brought it in to the shop  and put it on a MAC tools Determinator X (which was bad ass) and the  only codes I got was 41 and code 91 lean fuel mix, ect. and off the top  of my head it ether said bad MAP or MAF circuit. I don’t remember. so I  am like wtf it cant be all the fuel shit I just replaced it. It wouldn’t  stall just run extremely lean. so I drove back to li for break at the  end of sept, and I was getting passed by big rigs cause the she couldn’t  get out of its own way. So it was a loong ride. I get it back to li  and replaced the fuel filter again. still nothing. So I bring it to my  good old family friends shop to get looked at. He tells me basically  what I knew and the timing was good and F/P was fine. im like ok WTF is  going on. well I had to take it back to pa I don’t have time or money to  get another car, so I had to limp it back to western pa. FML. I also  replaced the MAF at this time with the coil and plugs. I also started to disconnect sensors and clean  them including the "salt and Pepper shakers" on the top plenum. It ran a  tad bit better but not right, so im up to now and I just replaced the  MAP and sea foamed it and I cant get it up to 4,000rpm driving and she  stops like a speed limiter and "burps" "farts" and backfires until I get off full  throttle and it goes away like nothing. All the issues I’ve had has been   wile driving. If i WOT in Neutal it also backfires. I just replaced the o2s again and still nothing.
in the past 4 months ive replaced Fuel pump, Fuel filter(3), Fuel Press regulator, Cap, rotor, Plugs, MAF, and the BARO sensor.
also The plugs seem like its running rich and i have Codes 41 91 (lean) KOER but no light.
