Okay! Just talked with a nice old lady at Letchworth and she's sending me out all the info and applications for reserving a shelter/bringing alcohol/etc. When I get it I will post on here which sites are available and get a consensus where we will meet up. Or I'll just pick one just so it's easier. There are no requirements for a group of this size and there are no group discounts. I think we can all stomach the $6 per car entrance fee. 
Just a suggestion, but one of the better areas in the park is in the upper and middle falls area on the south end of the park. You can see 2 of the 3 falls from this area. Side trips with the cars could be made to see other areas of the park from there. I would think we could all meet up at the north end of the park in Mt. Morris. There is a big parking lot at that entrance where we could wait to meet up with everyone. Then cruise the whole park from the north to the south and then end up at the pavilion to eat. After lunch we couild cruise to some other areas. Just a suggestion though.
The park entrance is just north of Mount Morris. Coming from Syracuse, You would take the 90 west to the 390 going south. Get off at the Morris exit 7, Route 408. You would go into Mount Morris, make a right on Main Street, route 36, and go to the park entrance on the left. I think this is the ideal place to meet. This would be a pretty good trip for you guys coming from Syracuse.
Silverspy, you will need to adjust the time accordingly if there is an interest from the guys in Syracuse. I think you created a monster of a rally. It looks like that 50 or more car attendance is going to happen. There are going to be some cars coming from the south also.
We had a suggestion made that some of us from Buffalo are going to meet at the closed Jubille market in Batavia and leave from there for the rally. We will need to know if we are going to use the Mount Morris entrance and plan accordingly.
There are going to be people waiting for the weather forecast before they make a commitment.

Okay, we need to decide if we want to and where and when to meet up for the drive down to the park. I think we should definitely meet at the Mt. Morris entrance at 11AM, with the general meet happening at noon at the location that needs to be determined that we will (I hope to) be renting. The shelter rental ranges from $50 to $100, plus a $25 fee if we want to bring alcohol in to the park. So I definitely can't shoulder that myself. Also, no refunds within 10 days of date (no rain dates). I have all the applications and the map of the park. I will try to get them on here but I don't think they will be big enough. I will find out what shelters are available (these are usually rented months in advance, oopsie!).

Silverspy, PM me your phone number and I will call you back. If you can fax me a copy of the rental paperwork, I can go to the park some night this week and see what pavilions would be good to meet at. I help take care of the rental cost also. We would just have to split up the costs between everyone that shows up and hope that it doesn't rain that day!
Shelter and alcohol applications have been SENT! Looks like we will have the Lower Falls area. It will either be the main lower falls shelter, or the secondary "Octagon" shelter, right near it. I will let everyone know when I get a confirmation from them that we definitely have it! $80 for the shelter, $25 for the alcohol, well figure this out later!
