Hi everyone, I am not from NY but noticed there are a lot of people in NY that have classic mustangs for sale. I am in VA (4 hour drive sometimes shorter than rush hour). My 17 year old is in love with classic mustangs and I am trying to help him find a 1965 - 1973. It doesn't have to be perfect but not a rust bucket either.
I saw the article on what to look for, which was excellent. My biggest question is how do you find mechanics that you can pay to go look at a car that may be far away? I see a lot in NY and IL that catch our attention. Simply asking questions may not get us accurate answers. Any suggestions on buying cars from out of state? Thank you
