I agree, $40K is a lot but as 03svt said the price will go down, they just came out and enthusiasts like us all want them! I can't wait to test drive one though, will be in a few weeks

You guys are all forgettting that a hard top will be about 3 to 5000 less then a vert.

Another 10g's you have a base Gt500.. I dont know about you but I would spend a few more bucks and get the Gt500..

Yeah 10k =400 a month more lol.

Took the 5.0 and the V6 for a ride, 5.0 was a standard, you will be amazed how easy the clutch feels, we had no salesmen with us. it really did impress me alot. The v6 was a auto and it didnt give me the expectation i was looking for I thinking if the V6 had a standard tranny it might have been alittle more fun.. I just cant see the V6 running 13.7, It felt like mid14s?

That is awesome! I would love to roll up to the dealership and act like I wanna trade my'n in..I dont think I would get to go out without a dealer seeing as Im a kidd....Did you open that thing up or what!?!?!

Yeah 40k is waay to much I can get mine for 32k and it has everything I need
