Lug Nut Help!!!

Hey Guys,
I Drive a 2000 Mustang GT that has 19.5" black Zenetti Wheels on it. Originally i put the stock lug nuts on the wheels and they began to fall off. So, i ordered lug nuts from Jegs and after a month of barely driving the car one lug nut just cracked in half and I am very concerned about the other lugs on the car. Can someone give me an opinion on what type of new lug nuts to order?

I run my stock lugs on my 20's. Make sure you have the right style of lugs. Some wheels require Tuner lugs, they are thinner and fit deep into the wheel. A regular acorn like Mine and Mikes may not be seating the wheel.
