Anyone ever do business with LFP?

I ordered a stencil and they sent me the wrong one. I tried to call and they are all closed up.

I'm hoping they make good on it

Dude, they suck big time. They have screwed many, many people. I would never do business with them. They were a vendor on another forum and got booted for shady business practices. Go scan some other forums, you will see many threads of unhappy customers...There will be some who say that they did get what they ordered and had no problems, but the overwhelming majority stay away from LFP. Some people have said they received the wrong product and sent the old one back for a refund, only to have the money NOT refunded. Even after several attempts to call and complain. I hope you get your money back or proper exchange... Read this thread from another forum, it shows their character....................

I ordered some stuff from them as well and didn't have a problem. A 4 lb pulley for the lightning with a SCT tunner and it came with a free tune. But I'm going to go to JLP to have it retuned I just don't like canned tunes

So i just spoke with Mark @ LFP and he was SUPER nice to me over the phone. He told me they had a slight error w/ the site and someone packed the wrong one. He is shipping me a new one @ no charge and letting me keep this one.

He seemed very nice and accomidating. I spoke with him for like 20 minutes and he was a nice guy.

Im sure people have had problems with them in the past and i dont kknow of each scenario but he seems like a good guy to me. (we will see if / when I get the new stencil).

I will keep everyone posted.

Glad they are making good on the mistake.

Mistakes happen, but LFP's copying the photo Hilton's boost gauge overlay off Hilton's site, putting it on their site to sell their product and then shipping their inferior product is not a mistake. It is outright theft, dishonest and because of that they will never get my business!

My post was not meant to be a shot at you, it was to make people who have not read the SVTP thread aware about what happened.

End result - LFP never responded so SVTP dropped them as a vendor.

Unfortunately, LFP is the only company the makes the HE stencil that I know of...
