Hello. EGR (thermactor) tube removal plugs?

Hello first post, nice site. Well first off wanted a fox for 20 yrs and spent the majority of my time in the navy trying to find a good platform to get one. The search took me 12 yrs but it is over. I traded my sport bike for the stang of my dreams (working progress dream anyway). Working through the winter here I have been tightening things up and generally giving some TLC. Now I removed the EGR (thermactor tube) and am just looking for the correct plugs/pipe threads/bolt size to put in the holes left in the heads. I have been reading some conflicting information about this mod. Thanks guys. 1989 GT. Now some pics.

CJ Pony Parts in Pennsylvania has the plugs for the heads. They are $12.95 each and the order # is HW1173. You can probably jump to their website and order them right off the net.

any local machine shop should have the threaded inserts for that.

You traded a Busa for that car? Wow. Good luck with it. I just made two small block off plates for the back of the heads. So far so good.
