h pipe fitment?

will a bbk h pipe from a 97 cobra (stock manifolds) fit an 03 gt (stock manifolds)? i called bbk and they just seem to list parts according to body styles. 94-95, 96-98, 99-04. but the 96-04 are 4.6 so thats why im wondering about the fitting? does anyone know?

BBK does not make a H-pipe for the 99-04 stangs. They make a X pipe for those years. I get what your saying about the 4.6 being the same, but I dont think the pipes will match up. I went through jegs and looked at each one and I dont see the difference, but there has to be something different about them.

i called a dude that i know from auto finishers. he says the cobra has diff. manifolds than the gt, and wont fit. i guess ill just spend a few extra bucks and buy a new one that i know will fit! :smash:
