By maintaining the stock 9.8:1 compression ratio, the M-6009-A463V short block can be used as a direct replacement for the factory 3-valve short block without any calibration changes. <br />
For supercharged engine builds, the short block is a great foundation when combined with a Ford Racing 400 - 550 horsepower supercharger kit. <br />
