It's not as bad as putting GT badges on your car. As long as it doesn't say GT on it you'll be fine. I just put the GT rear valance on my car and I don't care. Haha

I'm a bit jealous though of your 2013 because if I want a GT grille and/or foglights on mine I have to replace the entire bumper with a GT one. :(

Trade up! :evil: I LOVE the '13s front grille and rear taillights!

Oh...your exhaust is growing on me btw. Still haven't pulled the trigger yet. I'd love to here the Borla ATAK in person first.

As long as it doesn't say GT (or something that you aren't) it 's ok. I have a ton mods on mine from GT and cobras.

Please install this! You will appreciate the extra lighting on the road at night and it will look bad-ass.

Just do it! :D

Don't worry about adding after-market stuff. I have some Cobra goodies on my car. I just don't advertise with badges. Its a GT, it says GT. Nuff said.

Definitely considering it. I want pipes first ... then maybe this. Gonna have to wait a couple of months but maybe spring time.

Do it. That's why these parts are all interchangable. Do what ever your heart desires. If people don't like it to bad for them. Sure ain't nothing wrong with being different.:)

My car is a mismatched debacle of gt500, roush, gt, custom......... But not one badge on it.

I say go for it, totally worth it :awesomework: One thing I didn't like with the 2010+ Pony pkg was the foglights are mounted on the lower bumper and not in the grille. I know the 06 - 09 Ponys got a lot of secret GT toys hidden in them such as the suspension which I feel makes it the best package you could have gotten on the Mustang. I don't think you'll get any dirty looks no matter how you mod the car aslong as it's not from Pep Boys accessory isle or a Transformers badge lol

As others said, it's your car do what you want. I think it is a fine upgrade.

I would make sure you can do this to a car that does not already have fog lights. And happy with that means from a switch standpoint. When I was debating the options for my '11 (Pony package or not), I looked at fog light kits. At that time all the ones I found required that you already have fog lights installed OR had an ugly switch. Not sure if it was mainly a headlight switch issue, I did not look farther once I knew I had to drill a hole in my dash. For the '11 ,the headlight switch is totally different between a car with and a car without fogs. Just something to look closer at.

It is tough to leave a Mustang alone with all the mods offered. Whatever you want to add to it is fine. I agree with everyone else, stay away from adding badges. It is your car and you can do whatever you want to it.

Already researched this! It actually replaces the existing switch (Same exact switch just with added 4th position) Fog lights are not needed. All harness and wiring for this kit is based on if you have no fogs. I'm on it :) Much better than previous after markets of even '12's and back :) It's cool the switch is identical to the existing too ...just has the 4th option and you swap out the switch. No drilling into my baby's dash. We checked out install etc and really is a surprisingly easy mod.
