Cruise to Manhattan - NYC - July 17, 2010

it is 100% happening. it may not be to Manhattan though. may be down by the brooklyn bridge. South street seaport has alot of parking. and theres some restaraunts to eat at as well. And we could possibly have the brooklyn bridge as a backdrop.
and I'm thinking worst case scenario we can always locate to a different spot.

we can still cruise through the city. maybe when we leave we can make a run through the midtown. but on a sat parking will be hard to come by and I want to try and get all of us together. I updated the times for everyone. we have to cruise out earlier.
I'm going to try and plan a route..IDK if running through the midtown tunnel would be wise in the morning since it'll be a far drive. but I was also thinking we CAN drive through the midtown and just cruise down to the brooklyn bridge. it may be a nice drive. any city folk want to chime in with driving routes feel free to post up or hit me up.

yea manhattan is tough to find parking in. thats the only thing. unless we parked at the same place me and my friends did on memorial day. not the best for pics but we had a spot.

i have one question n two probs maybe one..the probs are one we could catch heat waiting for people at the tunnel because there is a toll n the cops over there dont play that pulling over n waiting biz n two, just for us, i dont have a prob but some members may not want to pay that 5 dollar toll

Well I been looking at different routes to take past the midtown. Everyone should get the same address that way if we do happen to get split up at least we all know how to get there. that was a big problem with driving through the city is trying to keep everyone together. I was thinking we just go straight into BK and hit southstreet directly. Boost master shoot me a text because you would know the area better than I would. I was looking for a good driving route to avoid the FDR in all ways possible.
yea 92 stang I spoke with boostmaster 21 who gave me good direction on where to go. I will update the route in the OP. basically going to take 278 through BK. manhattan will be crazy to try and keep everyone together once we hit the midtown tunnel. once we cross the brooklyn bridge we can always cruise around.
and pyro976...don't worry about it homie. always next time....although next time I won't be organizing it because I suck at it hahahaha. I'll do a more local one like to montauk. maybe for a BBQ.
