This stunning 1968 Shelby GT500KR Convertible was one of our cars to watch at Barrett-Jackson this year. Not only is the GT500KR droptop extremely rare – just 318 were built – but this particular example is one of just 43 painted in Bright Yellow. It’s also in immaculate condition having undergone a rotisserie restoration and boasting its original engine, transmission, body panels and interior. That was reflection in the price tag, as it took a total of $308,000 for the new owner to take the car home.
