Aluminum or steel flywheel?

Looking into buying myself a christmas present.... Stock Clutch is hurting performance at times(suprised it's held up this long)...Looking into ordering a Centerforce DF.

this should be good for the power im putting down...and more right?

Going to do the flywheel wile im there so its all said and done....whats your opinion on the aluminum or steel flywheel?

or any other suggestions on the flywheel?

Going to be doing full exhaust and a 75mmTB to pick up a little bit more HP so need something to handle a little more hp on top of the 395rwhp and 433tq i have now

The car will idle smoother and be less likely to stall with the steel flywheel than with the aluminum flywheel.

From a roll, the car will accelerate faster with the aluminum flywheel.

The car will be much trickier to launch at the track with an aluminum flywheel, but if you can get the launch right, it will be faster.

my vote is for steel. the flywheel makes lower rpm smoother where the power strokes in the engine are farther apart. since the flywheel "holds" momentum in its weight it'll make those rpms a bit smoother. Of course if you are racing road courses then aluminum may be a better option since you wont be in the lower rpms, lol. However since you want to put the power down (aka launching) the steel one would be best IMO.
