96 mustang abs relay location?

i found a broken connection on my 96 mustang i believe it's the abs relay looks to have gotten hot and melted.. anyone know if the abs relay is bolted on the bottom of the smog pump??

The relay is in the fuse box on the drivers side tower. the ABS motor/pump in on the frame by the smog pump.

google search says it's an abs pump motor relay.

thanks.. i punched the numbers in came up as a AIR SUSPENSION RELAY (F3LB-2C013-AA)
