1999 GT with d1sc lost boost

I have a 99 GT with a d1 procharger on itrunning 20lbs with the big stuff 3 computer set up. I have noticed the car idle surging bad . the other day I pulled out of my drive way went to shift from 1st to second and I lost boost . IT had a mild back fire and then boom no boost as I went to 2nd gear , it was fine through 1st.. Does any one know of a shop that deals with the big stuff 3 .. I found one bad sopt in my hoses after the intercooler .. that was cobbed to see if it corrected the problem but no luck. Now the car runs at 7-10 on the vacum but cant get anymore than 2 pounds of boost ,, wtf?????????????????????????????/ I believe something blew out. anygood shops around rochester or surrounding areas , trailering isnt a problem. I am hoping to avoid visiting mv perfomance in GA.

check all connections (couplers and clamps) make sure they are good and tight. Sounds to me like you blew a coupler off and the sound you heard might not have been a backfire, but the coupler popping off.

mine did the same thing the flange blew off of my ba2600 it wont do it again though, i welded the flange to the maf tube
