A lack of grammar and capitalization? Just kidding man but it is a little hard to read. Do you know where it is comming from? IE(motor, tranny, rear end, ect.) If you can't tell it's handy to have someone ride with you and they can crawl around or even stand there while you drive by them.

Can you fit a map torch enough to heat it up? If worse comes to worse just hack it off piece by piece. If you have the cash and don't want to hack it up then bring it to a muffler shop like stated above.

+1 on the PB blaster, that stuff works great on rusted/stuck bolts!
