    If it were locked yes, but this is usable and practically brand new. I paid $400 for it and used it just to install and uninstall the tune. Never messed with the calibrations or anything. The lowest I'd go is $180.00 picked up.

    The tuner is good, I didn't really have to open it up. As far as the tunes, I don't know. I never used Bama's tunes, as I like Brenspeed myself. Their tunes are top notch. Bama are suppose to be decent though.
