I had the same problem when I installed my JLT. Loaded the tune and fired it up. Idled real low, then rough then caputsky. I loaded the stock tune and fired it up and let it run for a few, then reloaded the JLT tune with my crappy flashpaq and it worked fine. I do keep the tuner in the car just...
