If it is pitted I would get new ones if they are just tips. If just surface use mothers chrome polish, I had to do it every year on my old motorhome with chrome bumpers after every winter. It isn't fun, but it works. As for the smart guy to chime in....... I'm not him, well, in this dept.

If you can't get it done tomorrow, I will snap some pics tomorrow afternoon for ya, It is actually easy, I have another pic of the harness to the light. Mine had to be flipped over so the colors don't match, just happens sometimes, no big deal.

News to me. I have done a few hid kits and never had to tap or plug into a switch harness. The headligh harness plugs into the ballast and the other end goes to the hid. If you are using the Hi/low kit, they should have given you a module that the kit plugs into. Check my pics on what I meen...
