    There has to be a plug in for the switch. The easiest way to check is this. make sure there is power by checking the fuse put a test light to the switch(probe one wire at a time) if power to switch, get a short jumper wire and jump from one terminal to the other. if window works- switch crap...

    check to see if your fans are working properly. Also Check the radiator work mangled cooling fins, more than half can cause a problem. Do a radiator flush, if the guy never changed the oil, I doubt he did a flush. Good luck.

    Correct. Snap on want $80. The cheaper ones want a shit load to ship the damn thing. Might just go and buy all new plugs, but the car only has 14k on it. Might be best since they are gonna be out anyway.
