What do they do for NYS inspections down there? All they do up here is hook it up the computer and thats it, if no CELs then all is good. Do you have to get actual smog tests?

I got one for my '00 Harley F150 from Ford, as the original selling dealer was a douche about it. Someone I knew worked at Ford and got me one. It is possible you just need to talk to the right person. This was 2 years ago as well.

J-mod is basically like a shift kit and I'd just get a drop in valvebody or a seperator plate kit instead unless you feel comfortable messing with an auto tranny.
