I was going through some old vids figured I'd toss this one up. Mods were: 2.93 upper pulley, Red Line Motosports tune, bassani catted-x pipe, Borla stinger catback, jlt cai, lfp dual pass h/e, running on 275 nitto dr's 11.82@121.9 1.95 60ft time the black 99 cobra was Scotts99snake's car

The car I'm talking about made 460/490 and ran 11.82@121.9 and had 275/40 17 so you should hook good with these. That was with a crappy 1.95 60ft too. His stuck better on the street too. Of course the track we race at doesn't have the track prep LVD does either.

225/60 , 235/60 and 215/65 will work. You can get new ones for $200-300 if all else fails.

My friend had 275/40 555R and dead hooked in 2nd on the street and barely spun 1st even on his '04 Cobra. I was amazed. Those should stick nice, less sidewall but still meaty.

Imagine the poor guys with stock Challenger SRT8 and Camaro SS that would have a V6 Mustang right on them with a few mods LOL. For WAY less $$. Foxbodys are old though, and technology has gotten pretty advanced so you have to expect it these days.

All it would need is a 1.9 60ft, I'm surprised it didn't get better than a 2.0x

I see nice Eaton swapped ones go for $16k all the time, check SVTP. That white one is a steal too. 44k miles on it and just a catback for $10,900. I heard the car was super clean.

did you use search tempest to search craigslist? about 6 hrs away The car is about $4000 cheaper than anything I have seen with same miles, sometimes you have to travel to get a deal.
