Hmmm. If its misfiring it should look really black or wet from not firing the fuel. Can you put the coil pack and wire from cylinder 1 onto another and see if the misfire follows or stays on #1. If it stays on 1 then it's probably a fuel issue which woud explain why the plug still looks new.

It may be green but is it low or leaking into the cylinder. What does the #1 plug look like when you pull it out?

The prblem you might be having is that you have been running a dizzy with a cast gear. A H.O. roller cam engine requires a steel gear. You may have worn down the teeth on the dizzy gear.

Uhhhh, bolt torque is impact! :awesomework: Actually, sounds like the balancer is coming apart so DO NOT DRIVE IT!! If, it's leaking oil then it's your crank seal in the front of the timing cover and hopefully the snout on the crank isn't bent.
