Oh that's not bad at all. It'll be much less noticeable if you fix that yourself too. What I would recommend is that you take your front bumper off, then sand that spot down, see if you can prime it, then spray some paint on there and clear it.
That happens with mine since I got the Ford Racing Sport axle-back which is pretty much straight pipe mufflers with perforations inside. Pretty sure it's just water from inside the mufflers being evaporated while the mufflers cool off.
What exactly about the o2 sensors and cat are causing you to not be able to pass emissions? Have you modded anything? We need a little more info to be able to help you.
I have to talk to Dave and see if I'm doing his car this weekend. I'm not doing a full exterior detail, just a wash and wax and polishing up his wheels, so it won't take me the normal 6-7 hours. Should be closer to 3-4 hours.
Hahaha yes they were for him. We actually ended up not having to use the HIDs or the housings. We used the ones you sold me as references and were able to use the HID kit he has. stangman281v8 is putting your HIDs in his car and I'll just sell the housings.
