I hope these help you. This is the driver's side. Looks like the hole is in the frame rail. I know you said you got the upper attached ok, but I wonder if maybe that is off a little and causing alignment issues? I saw one on the 'rack' at Woodward last year; was odd seeing the single exhaust split into two. I have never heard one run in person, just sound clips on the internet.
