p.s. i used a mountain dew can and made the holes about the size of a pen..worked like a charm

try the iac sensor block off...you take a tin can and cut out the shape of where the iac sensor meets the throttle body. then punch smaller holes in the tin can. this lets less air go through the iac and usually stops the idle surge. i had it REALLY bad on my 408 and i did this and it stopped...

u can do it without a reader if u cant get to autozone http://www.extreme-check-engine-light-codes.com/Ford%20OBD1%20Decoder.htm i just used a paper clip to do it. but it is a little nicer if you have a code reader lol i would check your 02 sensors (already stated) and your engine...

do you have a rough estimate of what they weight? and im actually in albany right now
