If you car is a 07gt, 410s will be fine with the 5 speed..They are raping you on the first 100 for computer check, thats bullshit, The computer will need to be re cal for the speedo, I recomend telling them , dont worry about the recal, and just buy a SCT or Diablo tuner, This way you can do it...
