    I owuld lean toward the MSD they are know to have issues. Also pull plugs as posted and read them to see what is going on. It sounds like something pretty simple.

    What were your times with the 2.3? You do not need a 2.9 save your money and stop chasing dyno numbers nor do you need a race tune, you are going to hurt this motor. Get level 5's installed, put a 2-step in it and the combo as it sits will go 10's all day like mine did. Not to be a jerk dude...

    What did you run? I would max out the combo you have first also you may want to consider a built motor with a 2.9 if you plan on racing allot, the stock motor will be short lived.

    That is STD so SAE its about 580 or so, that is the norm for these blowers. I would forget chasing dyno numbers and get it down the track, with a good 60foot and shifting good the car should get into the 10's in street trim.

    The JLT's are nice and yes you need a tune when it is installed as the VE increases to the engine. The nice set up is a JLT, ARH, and custom dyno tune. We can do it all here and we offer pick-up service as well. Pm me if you have any questions.
