I was there Friday and saturday and didn't leave until 1230 or so both nights. Last night was insane in front of Valero up until around 12. A trooper did a burnout on Friday and a sherrif did one on saturday. LOL

Here's my take, fix what you have because if you want a carb set up that will be comparable to a good running EFI set up, you're going to most likely spend a lot more. If I had an EFI 5.0, I would not be changing it unless it was dedicated drag car or something of the like.

Spending tons of money to change from EFI to carb or carb to EFI just to avoid fixing what is in the car now doesn't make sense to be. If you're doing a motor swap into a 4 cyl like me or something and want it to be cheaper or easier than I can see but if you already have one or the other...why...

I know a guy who has an explorer 5.0 with the p heads, a TFS 1 cam, TFS valve springs, 1.6 RR and the stock explorer upper/lower and he did 295 rwhp.
